If you are having trouble receiving the one-time password (OTP) for your account registration via SMS, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
1. Check for typos: Ensure that you have entered the correct phone number in the registration form. Please note that Philippine mobile numbers should have 10 digits and start with "9". Remove the 0-zero in the mobile number. For instance, if your number is 09173122302, enter 9173122302 as the correct format.
2. Check for technical issues: Network congestion or maintenance work might be causing the delay in receiving the OTP. Try moving to a different location with a strong signal, or wait for some time before requesting a new OTP.
3. Try using a different phone number: If you are still unable to receive the OTP, consider using a different phone number from a different carrier for verification. Our SMS provider supports all networks and mobile numbers in the Philippines, including Globe, Smart, TNT, SUN, and DITO.
