Thunderkick transports players back to the formidable era of the twelfth and thirteenth-century Mongol Empire with its visually captivating slot game, Sword of Khans. Available on WinZir, a leading online casino platform in the Philippines, this game offers a thrilling journey alongside the legendary Genghis Khan and his mighty warriors across the vast Mongolian steppe. With its array of expanding symbols, free spins, increasing multipliers, and the potential for massive wins up to 10,000 times the stake, Sword of Khans promises not only an immersive historical adventure but also the chance for substantial rewards.
How to Play Sword of Khans
Sword of Khans is accessible to all types of players, offering a wide betting range from P5 to P5,000 per spin on both desktop and mobile devices. The game features ten symbols, including the lower-paying standard playing cards from Ten through Ace, and higher-value symbols such as helmets, shields, armor, and Khan himself. Wins are secured by landing at least three lower-paying or two higher-paying symbols on one of the 10 paylines.
Special Features of the Game
Sword Symbol: Acting as both a scatter and a wild, the sword symbol can substitute for all symbols in the base and bonus games, with the exception of expanding symbol wins during the bonus rounds. Landing three or more Sword symbols triggers the bonus game packed with free spins.
Scatter Pay: Wins are showcased in PHP relative to the current bet, adding clarity and excitement to the gameplay.
Bonus Game: A random number of free spins is awarded upon triggering the bonus game, with possibilities ranging from 5 to 15 spins. The bonus game can be retriggered by landing two or more Sword symbols during these rounds.
Expanding Wins: A unique feature where a symbol, excluding the Sword, is randomly selected to become an expanding symbol throughout the bonus game. If the selected symbol is already an expanding symbol, a multiplier is applied to it.
Increasing Multipliers: All wins containing the expanding symbol during the Expanding Win feature are multiplied, with multipliers reaching up to three times the win.
Gameplay Experience
Sword of Khans stands out not only for its stunning depiction of the Mongol conquests but also for its innovative gameplay features that keep the action engaging and potentially lucrative. The bottom bar of the reels helps players easily track special icons and any associated multipliers, enhancing the gaming experience.
Considerations
The only drawback of Sword of Khans might be its Return to Player (RTP) rate of 95.36%, slightly lower than some players might expect. However, the game's engaging features and the opportunity for significant wins make it a compelling choice for many.
Verdict: A Must-Try for Adventurous Players
Thunderkick continues to impress with its thoughtfully designed slots, and Sword of Khans is no exception. It's a game that transports players into the heart of Mongolian history, offering a fresh feel with its special features. Despite the RTP, Sword of Khans is well worth exploring, especially for those intrigued by the allure of historical conquests and the thrill of the gamble. Available on WinZir, players can dive into this adventure with the confidence of a secure and regulated gaming environment, promising a safe and enjoyable experience.
