To withdraw your funds using Gcash, log in to your WinZir account and go to the Wallet section. From there, select the Withdraw option and choose Gcash as your preferred withdrawal method. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, then confirm your request. The minimum withdrawal amount for Gcash is PHP 1,000, and the maximum withdrawal amount per request is PHP 49,000.
If you prefer to withdraw using a bank account, select the bank withdrawal option and choose from our list of supported banks such as BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and more. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, then confirm your request. The minimum withdrawal amount for bank transfers is also PHP 1,000, and the maximum withdrawal amount per request is PHP 49,000.
For other e-wallets such as Paymaya, Grabpay, Fortune Pay, and Shopeepay, you can select the e-wallet withdrawal option and follow the same steps as above. Please note that withdrawal requests for all payment methods are processed between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily (Manila Time). If you make a withdrawal request outside of this period, it will be processed on the next day, except on Philippine holidays.
